Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust, established as an unincorporated, open-ended trust under the laws of the Province of Ontario, has been formed with the purpose of acquiring and owning office properties primarily situated in France, Germany, and Spain, while also opportunistically investing in other European countries that meet the REIT’s investment criteria.
